How long will my order take?
We strive to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays) and you should expect to receive it 8 - 10 days after it is dispatched. However, it may be longer for countries like Australia or Singapore or Japan.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping worldwide. This is tracked & insured. The typical processing period of 2-4 days still applies.
What is your returns policy?
Once you receive your order, if you're not happy - for any reason - you can return your order for full refund within 30 days. Once we receive it back and we're happy that the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund.
